We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be in original condition with tags (if applicable)
Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Any item returned showing signs of wear, washing, odors, stains, or damage will be refused.
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or refunds:
Sale or clearance items
Limited drops
Custom or made-to-order items
Gift cards
To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected:
You’ll be notified of approval or denial
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
