Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during drops/holidays may take additional time to process.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

We currently offer Standard Shipping only.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on order size and destination.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We will assist when possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review and assist.

We currently do not ship internationally.
